UK Customers
Exchanges for all the UK customers are offered FREE of Cost. Shall you wish to exchange an item, please send the item with your order details to our return address. Once the item has been received at our office, we will send out the required item Free of Cost (depending on the availability of the items in stock and the condition of the item received). Shall we not have the required item in stock, we will refund you in full WITHIN 48 hrs. Please note that all the returned items shall be in original packaging, unworn and in original condition. Jump Up Shoes Ltd reserves the right to cancel any exchange, if the shoes are found to be worn or not in original packaging.

International Customers
In order to send an item back to us, please send us an email on info@jumpupshoes.com and let us know the reason for the return and customers contact details. It is advisable to use a recorded delivery service for all the international customers. Please note, that all the international customers are required to pay for the re-postage in order to process the exchanges.
