Returns

Should you wish to return any shoe you purchased from our online stores, please return your item(s) unworn and in original condition within 28 days. Once the item is accepted you will be issued with a refund. Please note that the postage and packaging are not refundable. We only refund the card originally used for payment.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. You will be responsible for the postage fees to return the goods unless the item is faulty or a wrong item has been sent to you by mistake. Refunds are processed within 48 hrs once we have received the item back to our office.
